She works from an integrative, person-centred approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique journey, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to foster healing, resilience, and self-discovery. Beyond therapy, Siobhán supports young adults as a QQI tutor in customer service and communications, helping them develop both professionally and personally.. She brings warmth, insight, and a deep commitment to meeting each client where they are, creating a space for meaningful change and personal transformation.

She has experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. She also works with individuals seeking greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and personal growth, helping them build confidence and navigate life transitions with greater ease. With a deep appreciation for multicultural perspectives, Siobhán’s approach is informed by her time living and working across Europe and the Middle East. She understands the profound impact that culture, identity, and belonging can have on emotional well-being. She is also passionate about LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy and plays an active role in facilitating a weekly support group for young people, offering a safe space for connection and empowerment.

Siobhán has a specialised interest in supporting women's mental health through the perimenopause and menopause transition.
