Sometimes we need a space that's just ours, somewhere to slow down, say the quiet thing out loud, and figure out what we actually feel. Our therapists offer a confidential, non-judgmental space for adults to explore whatever is weighing on them, whether that's anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or something harder to name.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

YOUNG PEOPLE · 50 MINS

Young people experience the world intensely, and don't always have the words for it yet. Our therapists work with children and adolescents using approaches suited to their age and stage, including play therapy and sandtray work, creating space for them to express what they're carrying in whatever way feels natural to them.

Online Therapy

Wherever you are, we're here. If getting to us in person isn't always possible — or you simply feel more comfortable at home — online sessions work just as well. The space is still private, the support is still real, and the work is still yours. All you need is somewhere quiet and a decent connection.
