Think Well Psychotherapy Clinic Fee and Reservation Policy

At Think Well Psychotherapy Clinic, we strive to provide high-quality mental health services to all our clients. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding our fees and reservation procedures, we have established the following policy:
Fees
At our psychotherapy clinic, fees vary based on the therapist you work with, their experience, and your individual needs.

Sliding-Scale Therapy: Offered at €35-€55 per session, depending on the therapist’s experience and the time slot of the session.

Standard Therapy: The most common option, provided at €65 per session.

Consultant Psychotherapists: Fees range from €85 to €120 per session, depending on the therapist.
The appropriate fee will be discussed with you during your initial contact. All fees must be agreed upon in advance and are subject to periodic review.
Reservation Fee
Initial Reservation Fee: A non-refundable reservation fee of €30 is required to secure your appointment. This fee ensures that your chosen time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
Application of Reservation Fee:The €30 reservation fee will be applied towards the total session fee. Therefore, the remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment Methods
-We accept payment via cash and credit/debit card.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation: In the event the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, it is asked that notice is given. Cancellation on the day of or day before will result in a cancellation fee of the full fee.
The €30 reservation fee is non-refundable, but if you cancel within the specified time frame, it can be applied to a future appointment.

Repeated cancelations
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we are here to support you through challenges. However, consistency in therapy is essential for meaningful progress. Regular attendance helps build the therapeutic relationship and ensures that you get the most out of your sessions.
If you need to cancel occasionally, that’s okay. However, if you cancel three sessions in a row or within a six-week period, we’ll need to discharge you and place you on the waiting list for a new slot. This policy ensures that we can provide timely care to all clients who are ready to engage fully in the therapeutic process.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without losing the reservation fee, provided you notify us at least 2 days before the scheduled time.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the €30 reservation fee will be forfeited, and a new reservation fee will be required to book another appointment.
Refund Policy
The €30 reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases where the clinic needs to cancel the appointment.
