Dr Pearl Brock
Clinical Director & Consultant Psychotherapist
Dr Pearl Brock is the Clinical Director of Think Well Psychotherapy Clinic, and a consultant clinical psychotherapist. With extensive experience across academic, clinical, and forensic settings, she specialises in complex, specialist, and often marginalised cases. Her background includes forensic psychotherapy, trauma work, and crisis intervention, as well as serving as an expert witness for the courts in sensitive and high-risk cases. Pearl has worked with violent and sexual offenders, survivors of abuse, and individuals navigating complex trauma and PTSD, bringing clinical insight to situations that often sit outside the bounds of typical practice.
Pearl's therapeutic approach is rooted in Jungian psychotherapy, using storytelling, symbolism, and depth work to support growth and understanding.
In higher education, Pearl lectures on ethics, reflective practice, abnormal psychology, and professional development. She also mentors trainee psychotherapists and contributes to the wider field through governance, training, and professional development initiatives. Whether in the clinic, classroom, or courtroom, she brings curiosity, rigour, and a deep respect for the complexity of human experience.
Pearl has spent over 20 years working with the Mullingar community and founded Think Well Clinic to bring together a team capable of delivering the standard of care she believes every person deserves. Whether in the clinic, the classroom, or the courtroom, she brings curiosity, rigour, and a deep respect for the complexity of human experience.
