Aisling Ryan works from a humanistic, person-centred approach, offering a safe and inclusive therapeutic space for adolescents and adults. She supports clients experiencing grief, trauma, relational difficulties, and challenges related to identity and self-understanding.
Aisling’s approach is informed by a broad and integrative knowledge base, shaped by her training, clinical experience, and ongoing professional development.
She brings over ten years’ experience in social care, working with adults and children with disabilities and ASD. She holds a BA in Applied Social Care, a H.Dip in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and an MA in Psychotherapy.
Aisling offers both online and in-person therapy, working collaboratively and at a pace that feels supportive and containing, with the aim of fostering greater self-awareness and understanding within the therapeutic relationship.

Areas of Interest
Aisling has particular experience working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, as well as individuals presenting with offending behaviours. Her practice also encompasses somatic and psychosexual concerns, recognising the connection between emotional experience, the body, and sexuality.
